Vastra by Neha Monga operates this store and website, including its information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

Vastra by Neha Monga specializes in handmade women's Chikankari ethnic wear.

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in embroidery, texture, color, or finishing may occur and may be part of the character of the product.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, descriptions, sizes, and other information accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen, browser, and settings.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information may be changed or updated at our discretion.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed the order and received the required payment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under our standard cancellation policy.

For eligible product issues, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price will generally be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

Applicable taxes, discounts, promotions, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

We currently accept payments through Razorpay, including available payment methods such as:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Other payment methods supported by Razorpay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, an advance payment of ₹200 is required.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be successfully verified or processed.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We provide shipping within India and internationally.

Orders generally require approximately 4–5 days for processing because our products are handmade.

After processing, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 days, although actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs, weather, or other circumstances.

We offer free shipping according to the shipping terms applicable to your order.

Our shipping partners may include:

  • Shadowfax
  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information, such as a tracking number or tracking link, where available.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. International orders may also be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
